Hey! Hi, Charles. So nice to see you. It is great to see you doing the stretches that I had showed you earlier. Oh my God, it’s been like a week. I’ve been so excited to see you. Good, I’m so excited that you’re putting the work in. Not enough of my clients put in that homework. The homework is where the results really come in. Well, I’m pretty good at homework. I know my parents hired you, but this is for my 22nd birthday coming up. And I wanna make sure that I’m in shape. I wanna make sure I’m the baddest girl in college right now. That’s how injuries occur. It’s due to tight, improper balances in the body. That’s true. I think… Ooh, you taught me a plank as well, right? I did teach you the plank. For a strong core? Now, a core is the most important part of your body. Because without a strong core, your body can’t deliver the power it needs to, and that’s how people get injured. Right. Because weaker muscles will try to take over to replace the core’s balances. We don’t wanna be weak. You gotta keep your body level and really squeeze the core. Like, squeeze my core? Yes. You don’t need to bring your butt up. I mean, do you mind if I touch? Like, right here? Yeah. I want you to flex that. Flex it. Yeah, flex it. Yes! Just like that. But hold it there.
