DMCA Notification Policy – pornsy.cc

    Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

4. Enforcement and Procedure

The Website will promptly take action to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content upon receipt of a valid notification.

  • Invalid or irrelevant notifications will not receive a response.
  • The Website reserves the right to verify the validity of each claim and take necessary technical measures.

5. Privacy and Data Handling

Personal data provided in notifications will only be used to process the DMCA/CMCA claim and will not be shared with third parties outside the bounds of applicable law.
